To assist all of our patients, we offer the following services:
Chiropractic Adjustments
Other terminology for chiropractic adjustments are as follows: chiropractic manipulation, manual manipulation, or spinal manipulation. The adjustment refers to the manipulations of the vertebrae that has abnormal movements and are not functioning properly. Chiropractic adjustment is a procedure in which chiropractors use their hands or a small instrument to apply a controlled, sudden force to a spinal joint. The goal of this procedure is to improve spinal motion and improve your body’s physical function. A chiropractic adjustment will assist in alleviating these issues.
Corrective Exercises
Corrective Exercise is used to help assess and determine the root cause of imbalances and faulty movement patterns that lead to issues with posture, balance, and total body coordination. Corrective exercises are gentle stretches and routines that focus on mending damaged soft tissue, muscles, and joints. Most of these exercises are able to be performed in the comfort of your own home.
Maintenance/Wellness Care
Maintenance care is continued regular chiropractic care after finishing a prescribed care plan. This allows chiropractors to make sure the spine is staying in its proper position and ensure that it is moving correctly. Many people also report that they generally feel better if they go to a chiropractor regularly. This is because their quality of life is better from increased day-to-day functioning, better movement, less pain, and a greater sense of well-being.
Auto Accidents
Seeking immediate chiropractic treatment after an auto accident for any known or unknown injuries will allow you to maintain the health of your spine after it’s been subjected to a trauma. By seeking early care and treatment from a chiropractor, you’re more likely to fully heal and recover quicker with no long-term complications. Chiropractors are also able to help relieve pain and make necessary adjustments to the spine that can better your overall health.
Physiotherapy
Physiotherapy is treatment to restore, maintain, and make the most of a patient’s mobility, function, and well-being. Physiotherapy helps through physical rehabilitation, injury prevention, and health and fitness. Physiotherapy involves a hands-on approach and use of manual therapy (such as stretching, joint mobilization, soft tissue release, electrodes, ultrasound, KT taping, etc.).
